One of the shared challenges facing IT and Accounting is effective management of telecom inventory and costs. Accounting needs to make sure services are paid in order to keep them running. IT needs to be sure that only required services are being paid for. Contracts, services and pricing changes on products. The management of those changes often falls into to a gray area between the two groups. For example, who confirms that the amounts being charged match up with the services being provided? Who is responsible for evaluating services and fees as a contract nears expiration? We help bridge the gap between the two departments.

We are able to communicate with each group, in a language that makes sense to each, the course of direction needed. We also watch and maintain a schedule for key milestones as they approach. And when choices need to be made, we provide everyone ample time to make the right decision.
As a part of our auditing process, we help identify bloat and unnecessary costs. We reconcile equipment with services and bills. Using our technical expertise, we highlight inefficiencies in the system. Perhaps there are bottlenecks or services that aren’t being used by anyone or mystery devices on one can identify. We get to the bottom of the case. Based on our findings we provide a report and an action roadmap.
We will then help manage the implementation of that roadmap to insure the project’s success. Throughout the entire process, we communicate our findings to all interested and effected parties.
